One final test for this post-by-mail thingie. I may leave it as “draft” because in most cases, it adds a lot of annoying extra code to the post that I have to manually edit out. This is me sending a plain text email. If THIS works, then I’ll consider this thing a success.

Because the first one just wasn’t good enough.

Testing out the WordPress blog-by-email option… I don’t really know how well it will work since it relies on cron-jobs, and I’m notoriously bad at those. But hopefully this works because if it does, it means from work! (how zippy is that?!)

I’ve started the process of uploading the posts from the old blog. I got through most of Feb 2005 before TPO decided he wanted the computer and I forgot to put a copy of the old archives on the lappy, so I’ll have to wait till he’s done to get from Feb 2005 and earlier. [...]
